Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to determine appropriate training method for specific Marketing update2. Facilitate category-specific training to Training Champions through Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions3. Evaluate training effectiveness by:• Surveys• Skills observation4. Ensure self-mastery of category/product Training Materials Development 1. Develop training materials based on TNA2. Customize modules, product and non-product, to fit training needs3. Create assessments based on appropriate training methods4. Ensure timely delivery of training materials to Training Champions Knowledge Update 1. Update AlaminNew segment2. Update Sales Kit3. Update Menu Card & Product Detailers4. Update Other Pertinent References eLearning Maintenance 1. Create online modules using eLearning database2. Develop online knowledge checks/assessments using eLearning database3. Update eLearning database files as necessary Sales Support 1. Co-develop events & facilitate conduct as needed by sales (i.e. FLA Assembly, CSF Kamustahan, etc)2. Co-manage the HSD Academy to ensure developmental growth & training of all retail sales personnel Special Projects Conduct studies / develop programs in relation to Home SSPM or HOME initiatives as assigned by the Training Team Head or Division Head Perform other related tasks as assigned from time-to-time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
