Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess system health using enterprise monitoring tools.

  • Identify and escalate performance issues, outages, or irregularities.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to ensure swift resolution.

  • Analyze system data trends to anticipate and prevent potential disruptions.

  • Document monitoring processes and incident response actions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in infrastructure support or system monitoring , including incident management and problem tracking.

  • Practical experience with the administration, setup, and configuration of monitoring tools , specifically SolarWinds and Nagios , is strongly preferred .

  • Exposure to various network environments, applications, and software tools is an advantage.

  • Experience in interacting with end customers is preferred.

Skills

  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization and multitasking ability.

  • Effective communicator, capable of breaking down technical terms for non-technical users.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

  • Technically proficient in:

    • SQL databases

    • Windows operating systems

    • Linux environments
