Overview

This position will play a crucial role in supporting the overall marketing strategy and execution of both end user and customer campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, from planning to execution. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organisational skills and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the design team to create compelling end user/trade-specific marketing collateral, including EDMs, product sheets, brochures, booklets, catalogues, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.
  • Provide support for retail promotions and collaborate on co-branded marketing initiatives.
  • Share digital assets with customers to ensure they are set up prior to the launch of a new product or marketing campaign.
  • Manage promotions and product information on the OX Dealer eCommerce Websites (AU & NZ).
  • Data Analysis for Trade Channels: Manage reporting of trade marketing campaigns including quarterly campaigns, focus initiatives and Dealer eCommerce portal campaigns.
  • Promotional Planning: Coordinate and assist with the execution of trade promotions, discounts, and incentives to drive product visibility and sales within the trade channel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align promotional activities with their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to obtain stock forecasts and coordinate with the supply chain team for promotional demand planning.
  • EDM Marketing: Manage the creation and coordination of EDMs both internally and externally, including consumer and retailer communications, email templates, and campaign concepts.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Good data entry and typing skills; proficient in Word, Excel, and various email programs; knowledge of Outlook Calendar.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task; resilient and adaptable to change; resourceful with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills; able to work with numbers and Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP).
  • Asset database management: consolidate images and collateral into a central portal and respond to requests and product specs.
  • Based in the Philippines. Duty schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AU Time.
