We are seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join our IT Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining web and mobile applications, supporting automation workflows, and assisting in system integrations. This position will work under the guidance of the Technical Lead and in collaboration with the Business Analyst and QA team to ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain web and mobile applications.
  • Assist in creating automation workflows and integrating systems via APIs.
  • Configure and maintain chatbot platforms under supervision.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct basic unit testing and debugging to support QA activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development and AI automation.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in software or application development.
  • Foundational knowledge in the following areas:
  • Back-End: Node.js, Python, or .NET
  • Databases: MS SQL/NoSQL basics
  • Familiarity with APIs and system integration concepts.
  • Basic understanding of version control tools (Git/GitHub).
  • Basic knowledge of testing and debugging.
  • Strong willingness to learn AI, chatbot frameworks, and automation tools.
