About Our Client

We're working with one of the leading banks in the Philippines providing a wide range of financial services, including banking, insurance, and credit cards.

Job Description

  • Drives the acquisition of auto and home loans by executing targeted sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develops and implements business growth initiatives in collaboration with branches, car dealerships, and real estate partners to achieve profitability and volume goals.
  • Oversees loan portfolio quality by monitoring credit accommodations, minimizing delinquent accounts, and ensuring proper loan documentation.
  • Provides ongoing market insights and competitive analysis to Head Office, offering recommendations for strategic improvements.
  • Ensures seamless business center operations in compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements (including BSP guidelines), and customer expectations.
  • Facilitates coordination with internal bank units and external partners to ensure the timely processing and delivery of transaction documents.
  • Actively engages in cross-selling financial products and services from the bank's subsidiaries and affiliate companies.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience: Experienced in consumer lending, banking, sales, or business development, preferably in auto or home loans .
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding loan acquisition targets.
    • Excellent relationship management and networking abilities with experience in engaging branches, car dealers, real estate developers, and brokers.
    • Knowledge of credit evaluation, loan processing, and portfolio management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Familiarity with regulatory policies, including BSP regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking systems.
