QA Manager | Makati — MedGrocer

The QA Manager leads the quality assurance team in creating and executing comprehensive test plans to identify issues with software before a product launch. They direct collaboration with software developers to resolve issues using efficient and up-to-date testing tools and strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee daily manual and automated testing activities on websites and web applications, including smoke, functional, regression, performance, and security tests.
  • Direct the development, management, and execution of detailed test plans and automation scripts using Git, Playwright, JavaScript, and Postman, with integration into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead collaboration with developers and project managers to identify system requirements, align release priorities and timelines, and resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate testing documentation, generate reports and compliance documents, and support continuous process improvements to uphold quality standards.
  • Mentor the QA team and drive the adoption of new testing tools, strategies, and best practices to enhance testing effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Knowledge in using Playwright, JavaScript, and Postman
  • Willingness to explore other tools and platforms outside of the current stack
  • Must work onsite in Makati
