Responsibilities
  • This position is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of various in-scope transactions given clearly defined procedures and with close supervision.
  • Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports Accounts Receivable transactions.
  • Handles countering of invoices and monitors collections to keep AR in current status.
  • Posts customer payments, reconciles collection and clears against outstanding AR ensuring that transaction entry verification procedures are followed.
  • Analyzes collection variances and coordinates with Sales to clear and close-out variances and open items.
  • Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger accounts, and prepares management reports.
  • Client contact is generally required.
