Operations & Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This role is central to ensuring our product flows seamlessly from manufacturer to retail shelves and into our customers’ hands.

The ideal candidate has strong supply chain knowledge, is comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets, and can build and maintain tools that support our inventory and demand planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and update inventory trackers and demand models in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Monitor inventory levels on a regular basis and identify replenishment needs across retailers, DCs, and e-commerce.
  • Develop a system or tracker to generate/trigger new purchase orders with manufacturers based on reorder points.
  • Support the creation of demand forecasts using historical sales data, growth trends, and promotional calendars.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on stock positions, potential shortages, and order recommendations.
  • Assist in process improvements to streamline operations and supply chain workflows.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning .
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling).
  • Experience creating trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools for supply chain or inventory.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working independently, remotely, and communicating clearly with a U.S.-based team.
  • Prior experience with outsourced/remote work (preferred).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or consumer goods supply chains (preferred).
  • Experience with forecasting methods or ERP/inventory management systems.
