Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field At least 3 years of experience as QA for Web Application Detail-oriented and can easily understand requirements (business rules and logic) Excellent communication and documentation skills Can work with the team members including other QAs, Developers, Project Manager and Customer Success Committed and with high quality output Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Team player with a proactive approach to quality improvements Experience writing clear, detailed, and well-structured test cases and test scenarios Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira Responsibilities Collaborate with other QAs, Developers and Project Managers to clarify requirements and ensure thorough test coverage Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions Ensure solutions from testing meet business needs and requirements Document Customers’ Processes and reported issues Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to the team Perform different types of testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT,UI/UX, exploratory, etc.,) Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools Participate in planning and daily stand-ups Review requirements, specifications, and design documents to provide timely feedback Prepare and maintain detailed documentation Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies Validate bug fixes and perform retesting Analyze requirements to create a comprehensive test plan and test cases Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Quality Assurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
