QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as QA for Web Application
  • Detail-oriented and can easily understand requirements (business rules and logic)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong understanding in QA methodologies
  • Can work with the team members including other QAs, Developers, Project Manager and Customer Success
  • Committed and with high quality output
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with a proactive approach to quality improvements
  • Experience writing clear, detailed, and well-structured test cases and test scenarios
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with other QAs, Developers and Project Managers to clarify requirements and ensure thorough test coverage
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
  • Ensure solutions from testing meet business needs and requirements
  • Document Customers' Processes and reported issues
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to the team
  • Perform manual testing across various platforms and browsers (web/mobile).
  • Perform different types of testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT, UI/UX, exploratory, etc.,)
  • Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools
  • Participate in planning and daily stand-ups
  • Review requirements, specifications, and design documents to provide timely feedback
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Validate bug fixes and perform retesting
  • Analyze requirements to create a comprehensive test plan and test cases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
