Your Role

As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will:

  • Provide analytical and administrative support for month-end close, forecasting, and annual budget processes.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting deliverables, including board reports, executive presentations, balanced scorecards, financial admin updates, and working capital analysis.
  • Assist in maintaining the group reporting calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance strategies are in place.
  • Validate and verify business data, troubleshoot discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reporting accuracy, and team performance.
  • Periodically review TM1 reports to improve report content, functionality, and insights.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial and performance data as requested by stakeholders and management.
What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, business analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage large data sets
  • Experience using accounting and reporting software (preferably JDE, IBM Cognos, TM1)
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
Preferred skills/experience
  • Proven experience preparing board-level reports and executive financial presentations
  • Experience managing reporting calendars, compliance processes, and performance dashboards
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
