- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the lubricants and energy sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
- Provide technical support and product training to customers to ensure optimal product performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Technical Sales Manager for Lubricants & Energy should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of lubricants and energy solutions.
- Proven expertise in sales of raw materials for lubricants
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
