Run complex reports and perform data analysis in Salesforce to provide actionable insights. Maintain accurate records of Support Team attendance, work adherence, and leave. Issue documentation requests and official employee verifications promptly. Schedule and coordinate key HR meetings, orientations, and exit interviews/VA profiling sessions. Policy & Employee Relations: Assist the HR Manager with policy formulation and benefits administration. Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new employees, setting them up for success. Ensure smooth, timely communication with employees, resolving queries with authenticity and care. Proactively create back-end tasks and reports on a regular schedule to ensure continuous HR operations. What We’re Looking For in a Mover You are flexible, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement. You are not afraid to use your initiative to speak out for the department and bring solutions to the table. Non-Negotiable Qualifications HR Assistant Experience: At least 2–3 years in an HR Assistant or similar administrative role. Salesforce Expertise: You are knowledgeable and comfortable using the Salesforce Tool (A Must). Communication Excellence: Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication Skills—clear, empathetic, and professional. Adaptability & Flexibility: Possesses a high degree of flexibility, able to adjust quickly to difficult circumstances and shifting priorities. Training & Certification: Must have intensive HR trainings and certifications to ensure compliance and best practices. Preferred Skills & Background A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related course. Ability to clearly present complex processes and data findings to a non-analytical audience. A Day in the Life of HR Support Your day is structured yet dynamic, focusing on both proactive planning and swift execution: You start by clocking in, checking emails, and performing a quick check-in with your Manager to align on priorities. The core of your day involves performing administrative duties, running essential Salesforce reports, and conducting the Daily HR Audit. You will coordinate with other departments on HR-related matters and manage your calendar to plot appointments.
