Job Description We are looking for a talented Integrations Engineer to build and maintain third‑party app API integrations in the healthcare space. You will contribute to the development of our Connector SDK and create robust API integrations that streamline workflows for healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities Build API integrations: Design, build, and maintain reliable connectors that seamlessly integrate healthcare applications with our platform using third‑party APIs. Ensure these integrations are efficient, secure, and scalable to support various healthcare workflows. Enhance our Connector SDK: Contribute to the ongoing development of Keragon's Connector SDK—a framework designed to simplify and expedite the creation of new integrations, minimizing complexity for developers. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with clients, customer success teams, and vendor technical teams to understand integration requirements. Support integrations: Help internal teams troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after the integration process, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Work with a top‑tier team: Collaborate with experienced developers who are passionate about building high‑quality software. Requirements API Integration Expertise: Hands‑on experience integrating with various APIs, including REST, GraphQL, and SOAP. Knowledge of authentication methods such as OAuth, API keys, and JWTs, as well as rate limits, pagination, and error handling. Experience building or consuming APIs in production environments and debugging API‑related issues efficiently. Strong Programming Skills: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in at least one modern programming language. Understand software design principles and data structures and apply them to real‑world problems. Software Quality & Best Practices: Deliver well‑tested, high‑quality software. Write unit and integration tests, follow version control best practices, and document code clearly. Prioritize code maintainability and scalability to keep integrations reliable as systems evolve. Problem‑Solving & Debugging: Skilled at troubleshooting complex issues, including API failures, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks. English Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Bonus Points: Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in automation or connector development. Work Schedule (Mid‑shift) Monday to Friday (3 PM–12 AM Manila Time) Work Setup (WFH) Permanent home‑based with equipment provided by the company. Candidates must have a stable, reliable internet connection at home with at least 20 Mbps download and upload speed.
