Our rapid expansion means we urgently need an experienced Integration Consultant to join our team. What are we looking for? We have an outstanding opportunity within our Project Delivery team for a person with vision, a growth mindset, and a passion for customer outcomes. This role will focus on the delivery of integration projects across our established client base. You will need to understand our client’s businesses and systems, the outcomes they are requesting, and how to customise or create new integration configurations to achieve these requirements. You will be involved in the full life cycle of the integration projects and work orders, from estimation, build, test, and go-live. Working in a fun and fast paced environment, supported by global team members, you will find yourself working on a variety of different, exciting, projects. What will you be doing? Analyse client project and work order requirements Design integration configurations to meet the clients requirements. Implement the integration configuration on the Statelake integration platform Configuration of Statelake Dashboards for insights and actions. Testing the solution Supporting the clients user acceptance testing of the solution Documentation of the solution Manage handover of projects and work orders to the support team Work directly with our clients to research, troubleshoot, and lead resolution for integration issues in a timely manner Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates, and also request their input and feedback where required Updating documentation on client specific integration knowledge base Collaborate with product development teams to resolve issues where required Effectively prioritising and escalating client issues It is essential that you have: Minimum of 4 years experience as a consultant or engineer in the IT industry Experienced in application integration and EDI Understanding of web services including SOAP and REST Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns Strong SQL skills and an understanding of relational model concepts Python orDelphi Scripting knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills. Knowledge of modern technology standards and approaches Collaborative and knowledge sharing approach What’s would it be good for you to bring? A College degree in technology or business systems is preferred. Experience as an implementation specialist for a software vendor/SaaS company. Experience with ERP, CRM or eCommerce applications Experienced in integrating with Cloud and SaaS applications via APIs and file Experience of OpenAPI, OData, GraphQL and SDK’s. Understanding of modern Cloud computing infrastructure and architecture Knowledge of modern IT security standards Knowledge of event driven architecture and message queues Knowledge of Integration Platforms (Flow,Boomi,Mulesoft,Workato etc) Why Join Us?
