Work Setup: Hybrid – 1x onsite per week (Taguig, BGC)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Agile practices, coaching development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, refinement).
  • Ensure the team follows Scrum theory, values, and practices.
  • Remove impediments and protect the team from outside interruptions.
  • Lead quarterly planning sessions and collaborate with leadership on timelines, risks, and status.
  • Build strong, cohesive, and high-performing teams by fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Report on team status and progress regularly.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices across the organization.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (preferably with .NET development teams).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, backlog management, burndown metrics, and velocity.
  • Proven leadership experience in large-scale or complex software projects.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred.
  • Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
