Role Overview: The Legal Executive is responsible for planning, leading, and implementing all stakeholder management and permitting activities for all Renewable Projects within the SRP team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. Key Responsibilities Develop medium‑ to long‑term strategic action plans for SRP aligned with the Renewable Business objectives. Oversee the execution of SRP strategic plans, ensuring clarity and effective implementation by all team members. Evaluate plan effectiveness, revise as necessary, and drive continuous improvement. Anticipate emerging trends; provide timely recommendations and develop new strategies to address emerging issues. Identify significant risks, implement mitigation or resolution measures, and advise relevant departments. Provide policy development advice to industry stakeholders, propose legislative changes, and ensure participation in public consultations. Monitor team performance; foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Identify training needs and recommend professional development programs. Conduct stakeholder mapping at project (micro) and company/industry (macro) levels; develop balanced management strategies. Analyze stakeholder‑related risks, implement mitigation, and decide when escalation to senior management is needed. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; lead negotiations to secure permits essential for project development and construction. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor (JD) with admission to the Philippine Bar. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in leadership roles. Experience working with government agencies and/or private entities engaged in stakeholder relations. Strong working knowledge of project management principles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
