Responsibilities
  • Mainly responsible for the strict observance of operation controls, in accordance with the Bank’s standards, PLC’s operations manual, implementing guidelines, internal and regulatory policies and procedures and ensures alignment to business needs.
  • Leads the implementation of standard processes and procedures in the PLC operations offices in the assigned area or region.
  • Monitors compliance of PLC operations personnel and addresses issues or concerns that affect customer service delivery and satisfaction.

  • Knowledge on lending center or loan operations

  • At least three years of banking experience, preferably in lending center or loan operations
  • At least three years of management experience
