Job Description
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and audits to maintain financial integrity.
  • Stay updated on Philippine laws & standards and international accounting practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in year-end audit preparation and coordinate with auditors.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial projects as required by management.
  • Knowledge of aged care and disability funding models.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles with preference for experience in healthcare, aged care, or disability services
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Management, Bank Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of Philippine accounting and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in financial software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar platforms).
  • Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
  • Skills and Competencies: Familiar with International Accounting practices and Statistical Analysis.
  • Qualities and Traits: High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate across departments, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and CPA
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Medical Field Industry is preferred.
