Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job description Conducts interview and prepares job offer for all position. Assists in the implementation of an effective recruitment programs such as job postings in all recruitment platforms, testing and interview to attract, acquire, engage and retain best talents in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment practices, data privacy, employee and labor relations. Assisting with development programs and training manuals based on the training need. Assist in implementation the Performance Management program in coordination with the Department Heads. Assist in implementation of employee benefit programs. Checks and verifies payroll register prior to payout in coordination with FAD. Coordinates with the government agencies such as the DOLE, Municipal Office, Bureau of Working Conditions, SSS, Pag-ibig, BIR and Philhealth. Organizes and directs activities such as town halls, general assemblies, Annual summer outing and Christmas party and recognition / awarding events Assist in implementation of Health and Safety Programs and preparation of government report and compliances. Assist in the documentation required for discipline of employees. Prepares minutes of the meeting. Implements other special projects which may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field.
