Job Description We seek experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinators to manage all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from purchase agreements to closing. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, contracts, addendums, and closing documents. Review contracts and documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized transaction files and records. Work closely with agents, brokers, and legal professionals to address legal or compliance issues. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence. Schedule appointments, inspections, and closings. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process. Act as liaison between clients and other parties involved in transactions. Requirements Graduated with a 3‑year or 4‑year Bachelor’s degree. Provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring. Comfortable using Hubstaff, a time‑tracking application. Social media management experience is a plus. Professional‑level English (written and verbal/voice). Experience using CRMs, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Computer or laptop with internet access (minimum 25 Mbps). Hardware Requirements At least a 720p HD webcam. At least a 25 Mbps primary internet connection. Backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply. Main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher. Backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM. Compensation and Benefits Work from home. Prepaid HMO. Bonuses and incentives.
