Job Description

Admin Support

  • Managing paperwork and assisting property agents with lease agreements (includes contracts, agreements, permits and other real estate documents).
  • Ensures that all paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
  • Compile and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the management team to ensure company goals are being met.

Listing Management

  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of property listings on various platforms.
  • Maintains databases which includes updating of listings and client information and tracking sales.

Transaction Coordination

  • Manage real estate transaction timelines and details, ensuring everything progresses smoothly from contract to closing.
  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database for real estate agents.
  • Monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines.
  • Complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs.

Customer Service

  • Responding to client inquiries, answering phone calls, and handling emails.
  • Following up on leads.

Marketing Support

  • Assisting with marketing activities such as creating and distributing promotional materials such as online marketing, social media and email blast.
  • Conducting market research.

Educational Background

  • A degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2 years or more in the real estate industry.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
