Job DescriptionAdmin Support
- Managing paperwork and assisting property agents with lease agreements (includes contracts, agreements, permits and other real estate documents).
- Ensures that all paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
- Compile and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the management team to ensure company goals are being met.
Listing Management
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of property listings on various platforms.
- Maintains databases which includes updating of listings and client information and tracking sales.
Transaction Coordination
- Manage real estate transaction timelines and details, ensuring everything progresses smoothly from contract to closing.
- Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database for real estate agents.
- Monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines.
- Complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs.
Customer Service
- Responding to client inquiries, answering phone calls, and handling emails.
- Following up on leads.
Marketing Support
- Assisting with marketing activities such as creating and distributing promotional materials such as online marketing, social media and email blast.
- Conducting market research.
Educational Background
- A degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years or more in the real estate industry.
Skills
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
