Overview Position Title: National Web Production Officer Organization: International Organization for Migration (IOM) Duty station: Manila (Global) Administrative Centre (MAC), Makati City, National Capital Region, PhilippinesPosting: 7 Oct 2025 — Closing date 21 Oct 2025 Context: The Online Communications Unit (OCU), the Manila-based branch of the IOM Department of Media and Communications (DMC), focuses on managing the digital environment, ensuring a strong online presence, and providing web management training. The successful candidate will lead content operations, translating IOM-DMC-OCU strategic vision into daily online content production and supervise Junior Web Assistants. Responsibilities Lead content operations and daily production of online content in line with IOM-DMC-OCU strategy Supervise the work of Junior Web Assistants Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for design, developers, and content management teams Design, execute, and document QA testing for website features and content Qualifications Education Completed advanced university degree in Communications or Journalism with strong digital focus, Digital Media/Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Information Technology with front-end focus, or related field; minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience. Relevant professional certifications or high-level bootcamp in similar roles (e.g., Senior Web Assistant, Front-End Developer, Digital Marketing, UX Research and Design, Project Coordinator) are an advantage. Experience At least two (2) years of hands-on experience updating and managing content using Drupal CMS Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience of junior production staff or website assistants Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for design, developers, and content teams Experience designing, executing, and documenting QA testing for website features and content is preferred Skills Excellent communication to translate technical information between developers and non-technical content teams Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; ability to diagnose front-end display issues with developers Familiarity with Drupal and other digital asset management systems Experience designing and implementing QA plans and protocols How to apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications by 21 October 2025 at the latest, referring to this advertisement.
