The Assistant Facilities Manager shall be responsible for managing site-level relationships with key client representatives and stakeholders across Schneider account in Philippines under the direction of the Facilities Manager. This role involves managing maintenance, safety, compliance, and budgetary aspects to ensure that all facilities meet organizational standards and provide a safe, functional environment for employees and clients. Key Responsibilities Operational oversight: Assist in the daily management of all facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep. Maintenance coordination: Coordinate with and oversee maintenance staff, contractors, and other service providers to ensure the timely and quality completion of work orders and preventive maintenance schedules. Budget management: Help develop and manage the facility's budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities. Vendor management: Manage and maintain relationships with third‑party vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations. Health and safety compliance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the facility meets all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. This includes implementing safety protocols and managing emergency response plans. Inventory control: Manage the inventory of supplies, equipment, and other materials necessary for facility operations. Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance. Project management: Assist in planning and executing facility improvement projects, such as renovations or system installations. Staff supervision: Supervise maintenance, custodial, and security personnel, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Skills and Qualifications Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management or related field. Minimum 3-5 years experience in facilities management or real estate. Technical skills: Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Proficiency with facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Soft skills: Leadership – supervise and motivate staff and contractors. Communication – strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem‑solving – proactive approach to resolve facility issues. Organizational skills – multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Adaptability – handle changing priorities and unexpected situations. Certifications: Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering certifications are advantageous. Location Cavite, Calabarzon, Philippines.
