We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Packaging Supplies Division, focusing on the growing needs of food and agriculture-based manufacturers. From sachet films, stand-up pouches, and stickers to jars and bottles, your team will provide the packaging solutions that make products shelf-ready and brand-worthy.

This role combines sales leadership with hands-on account management. You’ll be expected to build strong client pipelines, manage and coach your sales team, and grow the company’s presence in key food and agri markets across the Philippines.

DESCRIPTION

Sales Strategy & Market Development

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with food and agriculture manufacturers like condiments, grains, snacks, frozen goods, beverages, etc.
  • Analyze market behavior and shifts in packaging trends
  • Define go-to market strategies and promotional approaches for new or high margin packaging lines
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities ensuring consistent messaging, faster conversions, and stronger brand visibility across target industries.
  • Lead, train, and manage a small team of technical sales representatives.
  • Set clear KPIs and provide regular coaching to hit sales targets.
  • Oversee team performance and provide field support when needed (client visits, demos, negotiations).
  • Ensure proper use of CRM tools, quotation systems, and follow-up protocols.

Client Engagement & Product Customization

  • Confidently guide clients on packaging customization – film type, laminate structure, label finish, size, etc.
  • Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to meet client branding and cost requirements
  • Ensure packaging solutions meet not just aesthetic goals but also shelf life and function requirements

Lead Conversion & Account Management

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process; initial brief, quotation, sample approvals, and PO closing
  • Maintain strong relationships with long-term clients and proactively pitch new formats or upgrades
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and QC teams to ensure smooth order delivery and client satisfaction

Events, Expos, and Outreach

  • Represent the company in trade shows, expos, industry summits and product demo events.
  • Organize and participate in product rollouts targeting the agri & food sectors.
  • Follow up on leads generated from events and digital campaigns.
  • And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years managing a sales team
  • Background in selling customized packaging materials or related products
  • Comfortable discussing technical packaging specifications with clients
  • CRM-savvy and able to drive a structured sales process within the team
  • With background in the manufacturing industry, packaging technology or in food-related fields
  • Existing network of food or agri product manufacturers or processors is a plus
