The Role We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Senior Administrator to support our IT consulting operations. You’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes — managing workflows, verifying reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly across multiple projects. What You’ll Do Administrative & Project Support Manage service tickets (e.g. via ServiceNow) and update associated records and logs. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items to completion. Monitor shared project inboxes to ensure timely responses, task allocation, and follow-ups related to technology deployments. Following Documented Procedures (Confluence) Carry out daily tasks using documented procedures in Confluence. Flag outdated or unclear processes and help keep documentation accurate. Ensure new documentation is created in a structured, easy-to-follow way. Task & Workflow Management (ClickUp) Use ClickUp to manage, track, and update tasks and deliverables. Collaborate with team members through task comments, attachments, and progress tracking. Maintain clean and consistent ClickUp folders, templates, and task structures. Quality Assurance & Reporting Review reports, Excel exports, and Power BI dashboards for completeness and accuracy. Identify anomalies, formatting issues, and inconsistencies before client delivery. Maintain checklists or logs of quality reviews to ensure every deliverable meets internal standards. Operational & Process Support Suggest and implement small improvements to administrative workflows. Maintain internal registers (assets, compliance trackers, supplier logs, etc.). Uphold naming conventions and documentation standards across the business. Procurement & Supplier Coordination Assist in sourcing and managing suppliers for branded merchandise and promotional items. Track quotes, orders, and delivery timelines, ensuring they meet internal quality and branding requirements. What Makes You a Great Fit 5+ years of experience in administrative or operational roles within IT, consulting, or data-heavy environments. Exceptional attention to detail, especially when reviewing large volumes of data or reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (filters, pivot tables, formulas). Experience checking Power BI or similar dashboards for accuracy and presentation. Comfortable using ClickUp (or Asana/Jira) for task management and Confluence for documentation. Strong written and verbal English communication skills — you can manage inboxes, clarify requests, and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams. Naturally proactive — if you’ve finished your tasks, you look for what’s next. Confident in solving problems independently, but collaborative when it counts.
