Overview

Enrollment Services Assistant Senior (Temporary Services) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. The role involves entering advanced data into Banner SIS, Oracle and WebXtender imaging system for UAB transient student processing, financial aid applications, tax return transcripts, student programs and international admissions; assisting with completion of applications and troubleshooting idle files; posting transfer coursework; and retrieving/managing incoming and outgoing e-transcript services; addressing pre-1982 archival record requests.

Responsibilities
  • Assists with completion of applications and troubleshoots idle files.
  • Enters advanced data into Banner SIS, Oracle and WebXtender imaging system for processing UAB transient students, Financial Aid applications, tax return transcripts, specific student programs and international admissions.
  • Posts transfer coursework.
  • Retrieves/Manages e-transcript service interfaces (both incoming and outgoing). Addresses pre-1982 archival records requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience required.
  • Ability to multi-task
