JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily operations as assigned Effectively manage internal related activities such as meetings and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality Provides senior-level executive and administrative support. Maintain organized and accessible financial and administrative files. Liaise with vendors, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Review and monitor documents before approval by the Business Unit Head Schedule and manage the calendar of the Head. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in any Business Course Minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to function in a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency with MS Office Detail oriented Exceptional interpersonal skills.
