Your Role: Contact potential customers via phone, email, or chat to introduce and explain our products or services. Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend tailored solutions. Provide accurate information and pricing to close sales and achieve sales targets. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries and objections. Collaborate with other team members to achieve team sales goals. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build long‑term relationships. Requirements Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in sales or a similar customer‑facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Target‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and results‑oriented environment.
