Responsibilities Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards Determine a company’s value by examining its financial statements and management reports Qualifications Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related business/economics course and preferably passed the CPA Licensure Exam Having Latin Honours is highly advantageous Outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage (i.e. Board Topnotcher, etc.) With strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings Willing to be assigned to Bacoor, Cavite or Mandaluyong City Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing, Project Management, and Analyst #J-18808-Ljbffr
