Overview The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for leading the planning, execution, monitoring, and quality assurance of both paid and organic social media campaigns. This role bridges the strategy and execution layers by overseeing processes across analytics and operations. Duties & Responsibilities Leading, Planning and Execution of Social Media Ad Campaigns Lead, plan, and execute social media advertising campaigns across various platforms to ensure alignment with brand goals. Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Metricool) to drive decision-making. Ad Performance Execution, Monitoring and Quality Assurance Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are optimized. Ad Billing Monitoring and Quality Assurance Track and verify ad billings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation for financial reporting. Ad Analytics Documentation Document and organize ad analytics reports for performance evaluation and strategic planning. Oversee Campaign Monitoring and Boosting Oversee campaign content monitoring and boosting to ensure timely posting, correct targeting, and compliance with platform standards. DTI systems verification for promotions and campaigns. Support the execution of online photo and raffle campaigns. Coordinate with the brands team to support digital marketing campaigns. Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior. Required Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics). Analytical skills to support reporting and budget control.
