The Sales Account Officer maintains positive relationships between the franchisor and its franchisees, manages day‑to‑day operations of company owned stores, provides customer service to franchise accounts and end customers, and drives franchise growth and sales performance. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain a strict franchise application process to ensure confidentiality. Conduct franchisee assessment, evaluation and selection. Respond to franchise inquiries and applications within agreed timeframes. Ensure collateral and other materials for new branch openings are returned after events. Draft and disseminate memoranda for operations announcements. Conduct store visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with quality, service and cleanliness standards; provide training as needed. Tag and maintain all branch assets; implement pest control. Prospect, identify, recruit, negotiate and close new and existing franchise partners to drive sales. Develop franchising opportunities and manage franchisee certification. Monitor permits (building, pest control) and coordinate renewal schedules. Monitor and evaluate franchisee performance; conduct business reviews and suggest improvement actions. Act as primary point of contact and support for franchisees, handling operational queries and conflict resolution. Build relationships through activities and programs that strengthen partnerships. Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and operating procedures. Support franchise-related programs and manage communication with franchisees. Assist with marketing coordination, promotions and sponsorships. Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly sales business reviews to ensure targets are met. Generate franchise leads and conduct sales presentations. Oversee execution of special projects and initiatives of Operations Department. Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
