Support healthcare revenue cycle management by conducting prior authorization calls and documenting outcomes for Access Healthcare in the Philippines.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to providers to obtain authorization for specific medical procedures or prescription drugs
  • Checking patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage
  • Documenting call notes and taking appropriate action in the revenue cycle system
About You:

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), or Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Biology/Human Biology, Medical Technology, or Radiologic Technology
  • No work experience required
  • Preferably with BPO experience
  • Excellent communication skills
