Coordination Collaborates with engineers (civil, structural, MEP), contractors, and airport stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of architectural designs with other disciplines and site conditions. Site Support Conducts regular site inspections to monitor architectural works, verifies compliance with drawings, and assists in resolving minor design or construction issues. Regulatory Compliance Ensures all architectural outputs adhere to local building codes, airport authority guidelines, and safety and accessibility standards. Stakeholder Communication Acts as the key liaison for architectural matters between design teams, airport authorities, contractors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of design challenges. Quality Control Supports implementation of design and documentation standards, contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. Documentation and Reporting Maintains organized records of drawings, submittals, and architectural correspondence. Assists in preparing progress and coordination reports. Learning and Development Participates in design coordination meetings, gaining exposure to complex airport refurbishment processes and enhancing technical and project management skills. Progress Monitoring and Reporting Tracks project progress against schedules, prepares detailed reports and presentations for senior management and airport authorities, and documents any changes or deviations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
