• Facilitate training sessions for the Talent Academy
• Contribute to the development of reporting models
• Analyze complex issues to provide strategic solutions

• Assess opportunities for digital transformation
• Present digital concepts to senior business stakeholders
• Maintain exemplary standards in training and development initiatives

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience in Training Facilitation or Public Speaking
• Oral and written proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong communication skills in English
