Overview

Mid Full Stack Developer role at GoTeam, Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines. Onsite in Cebu IT Park with a hybrid work setup and day shift (7 AM–4 PM PH Time). The role focuses on building AI-powered platforms for learners and educators, contributing to GoTeam’s mission in EdTech and AI-driven innovation.

What You’ll Do
  • Build AI-powered platforms that deliver seamless experiences for students and educators, connecting coding work to a bigger purpose.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate ideas into high-quality software.
  • Build responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Develop secure and efficient back-end services and databases using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborative problem solving to improve the codebase.

In this role, your mission is to build AI-powered applications that enhance learning for students and educators. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Collaborating with designers and product managers to turn innovative ideas into high-quality software.
  • Building responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Developing secure and efficient back-end services and databases using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Improving our entire codebase through active participation in code reviews and team problem-solving sessions.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development; solid understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with version control (Git) and RESTful APIs.
  • Non-Negotiables: Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, strong communication, and ability to work full-time in a Hybrid Cebu IT Park office.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in EdTech, familiarity with AWS or Azure, and hands-on experience with AI coding assistants or building AI-powered apps.

  • Work Schedule: Day Shift (7 AM–4 PM PH Time), Monday–Friday
  • Work Setup: Hybrid (Cebu IT Park)
  • Tech Stack: Vue.js, Nuxt.js, PHP Laravel
  • Reports to: Senior Full Stack Developer
