Overview Job Title: Remote Site Coordinator (Korean Speaker) Job Description Summary: We're looking to hire a Korean speaker for the Remote Site Coordinator role. The Remote Site Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for delivering remote facilities services as part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Remote Site Management service capability within Cushman & Wakefield’s Manila based Portfolio Services Centre. Cushman & Wakefield’s Remote Site Management provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination services for our client’s sites and operations across the APAC Region. About the Role Responsibilities include responding to requests for service and assistance related to assigned sites via phone and/or email, providing assistance to the on-site Facilities Management team to ensure timely and quality service delivery of requests, creating and assigning work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors, handling inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and assessing client needs to guide them accordingly. About You College/bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent At least 1 year of facility management and remote site operational exposure Highly proficient in spoken and written Korean and English Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferably with familiarity in BPO set-up Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
