Infor Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Senior Quality Assurance Analyst The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will lead and execute complex testing efforts to ensure the highest quality of products, focusing on both manual and automated testing strategies. This role involves mentoring junior team members, driving process improvements, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to uphold product quality standards and accelerate delivery timelines. What You Will Need Demonstrated track record (typically 6+ years) of maximizing value in quality assurance roles, with strong expertise in both manual and automated testing Advanced proficiency in test automation tools, preferably with Selenium, including the ability to build and maintain automated test suites independently Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and QA best practices Proficiency with testing and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Zephyr Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex functional and technical requirements Strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams Experience mentoring or coaching junior QA team members Background in Agile practices Preferred Qualifications Proven experience leading QA activities for ERP or enterprise software, preferably Infor M3 or similar platforms Experience working within cloud‑based environments, especially AWS Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform and Helm QA certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent are highly preferred A Day in the Life Typically Includes Leading end‑to‑end testing activities in cloud environments, combining manual and automated approaches Designing, developing, reviewing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts aligned with functional and technical requirements Executing and overseeing functional, regression, integration, and system testing for complex software solutions Developing, implementing, and enhancing automated test frameworks (primarily using Selenium or equivalent tools) to improve test coverage and efficiency Providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior QA analysts and team members Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, analyze test results, and resolve product quality issues Driving defect triage sessions, identifying root causes of defects, and championing defect resolution with development teams Participating actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives to align QA efforts with evolving project goals Reporting test progress, quality metrics, and risks to project leadership and stakeholders Advocating for and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including test automation, CI/CD pipeline integration, and QA best practices Staying current with emerging testing tools, technologies, methodologies, and industry standards, and proactively recommending relevant improvements Ensuring compliance with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Innovating to enhance test automation frameworks, efficiency, and overall testing effectiveness Conducting root cause analyses for recurring defects and collaborating with teams to improve quality of testing Evaluating incoming issues to ensure they contain sufficient details for action, reproducing reported problems, and verifying the resolution of defect fixes About Infor Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry‑specific markets.
