Key Responsibilities Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for all factory partners. Track and drive production timelines, proactively addressing delays or issues. Maintain accurate project files with product specifications, quantities, and milestones. Confirm all items match approved tech packs and samples. Monitor schedules and provide regular updates to the Accounts Manager and internal stakeholders. Flag risks or delays early and recommend solutions to keep projects on track. Prepare concise weekly and monthly reports covering factory status, risks, and timeline adherence. Present data clearly to leadership and cross‑functional teams to inform decisions. Implement weekly risk‑assessment checklists to ensure factories meet quality, compliance, and safety standards. Coordinate with the production team to validate materials, trims, and final output. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in apparel production, sourcing, or supply‑chain coordination (streetwear/sportswear a plus). Strong written and verbal English communication; Mandarin or Cantonese an advantage. Exceptional reporting and documentation skills – able to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently across time zones and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with project‑management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) and Excel/Google Sheets.
