Position: Accounts Payable Supervisor Location: Onsite – Taguig City Department: Finance & Accounting Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Day Shift Salary : Negotiable Application: Online only Key Responsibilities Supervise the accounts payable (AP) team and daily operations. Review, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and payment requests. Manage payment schedules, monitor aging reports, and resolve discrepancies. Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with Finance Manager and Accounting team during month-end/year-end closings. Mentor and train AP staff for skill enhancement. Prepare reports on AP metrics, outstanding liabilities, and process improvements. Coordinate with procurement and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certification: CPA required. Experience: 3–5 years in AP, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving, and communication.
