Responsibilities
  • Use your expertise in Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace to coordinate effectively with team members and ensure project deadlines are met
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables with strong organizational skills, overseeing cross-functional projects
  • Collaborate with team members to create and refine content across the organization
  • Utilize tools such as Canva to contribute to branding efforts, including business cards and marketing materials
  • Maintain a professional online presence , including content optimization and updates
  • Handle calendar invites, meeting minutes , and various ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Streamline operational workflows to improve efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives
Qualifications
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or Agile)
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide support across projects
  • Relevant qualification in project coordination or management
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
General Skills
  • Familiarity with Process Improvement Techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of business operations and resource planning
  • KPI monitoring and reporting
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to new priorities and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Perform data entry and use data analysis tools to track project performance (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
