The PR Manager is responsible for effectively developing and implementing the PR/media and influencer relationship strategy in line with brand and category objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PR, media, and influencer relations strategy.
  • Position the brand with key influencers, endorsers, experts, and media personnel/publications, including in the digital space.
  • Translate brand strategy into communications plans and materials that effectively reach identified stakeholders.
  • Represent the brand and act as a networker who advocates the brand values and builds partnerships across functions and external parties.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience leading consumer PR campaigns.
  • Dynamic persona and charisma, rooted in integrity and aligned with the company values.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement communications strategies achieving targeted metrics.
  • Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and ability to lead or participate in cross-functional teams with teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of emerging trends and technologies influencing earned media.
  • Agency work experience is a plus; ability to partner with a PR agency as a client for sustainable high performance.
  • Knowledge in performance marketing: PR metrics, targeting, and achievement.
