The PR Manager is responsible for effectively developing and implementing the PR/media and influencer relationship strategy in line with brand and category objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive PR, media, and influencer relations strategy. Position the brand with key influencers, endorsers, experts, and media personnel/publications, including in the digital space. Translate brand strategy into communications plans and materials that effectively reach identified stakeholders. Represent the brand and act as a networker who advocates the brand values and builds partnerships across functions and external parties. Qualifications Hands-on experience leading consumer PR campaigns. Dynamic persona and charisma, rooted in integrity and aligned with the company values. Proven ability to develop and implement communications strategies achieving targeted metrics. Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and ability to lead or participate in cross-functional teams with teamwork skills. Understanding of emerging trends and technologies influencing earned media. Agency work experience is a plus; ability to partner with a PR agency as a client for sustainable high performance. Knowledge in performance marketing: PR metrics, targeting, and achievement.
