About the Role: We are looking for a Manager – Sales Strategy who will drive growth in the Modern Trade (MT) channel by developing and executing innovative sales strategies, building organizational capabilities, and fostering cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

Energy & Power — Sales Strategy & Insights Analyst

Location: Philippines (hybrid role; at least three days/week in office)

About the Role: Sales- and growth-related role within the regional E&P business; collaborate with regional and local teams.

What you will do

  • Learn Marsh E&P business and solutions; understand internal stakeholders across Asia and globally
  • Analyze information to prepare compelling proposals
  • Identify client decision makers and needs to address objectives
  • Extract insights from E&P databases (Power BI is a plus; willingness to learn)
  • Support responses to client queries; develop sales presentations and new E&P products
  • Assist colleagues and shadow leaders in sales meetings

What you need to have
