About the role Zuellig Pharma Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Specialist to join our team in Sun Valley, Paranaque. As a Credit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable and credit control processes, ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy cash flow. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our thriving organisation. What you\'ll be doing Proactively monitor and manage customer accounts, including sending payment reminders and following up on overdue invoices Evaluate credit requests and set appropriate credit limits for customers based on their financial standing and payment history Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to resolve billing and credit-related issues Prepare and analyse detailed reports on accounts receivable, ageing, and credit performance Identify and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts Assist in the development and maintenance of credit policies and procedures Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted partner to our client base What we\'re looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit management, or a similar role within the Accounting/Finance industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders Proficient in the use of financial and accounting software, such as ERP systems Thorough understanding of credit policies, procedures, and industry best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Why join Zuellig Pharma We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where our employees can learn, grow, and achieve shared success.
