The Opportunity : Provide production monitoring of data, error analysis, and serve as the customer contact for questions on usage, functionality and problems encountered with OpenText products and services.

You Are Great At :

  • Providing technical support responding to case service levels, providing production support, effectively analyzing issues, providing issue resolution, and customer notification. Recreating customer issues and escalating to appropriate level.
  • Working cross-functionally within the organization, in a team environment, to deliver quality, satisfaction, and resolutions to the customers. Submitting ideas for new content to knowledge base.
  • Performing other/additional duties and projects that may be periodically assigned and may require on-call and weekend rotation.

What it takes :

  • Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • EDI knowledge preferred.
  • Demonstrated effective English communication skills and ability to deliver technical solutions to customers who may or may not be EDI savvy.

Technical Support Specialist – Web and Systems

Location: Makati City, National Capital Region

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites aligned with business requirements.
  • Integrate websites with CRM systems and other third-party software tools for seamless data flow.
  • Implement and customize plugins, APIs, and new features as needed.
  • Monitor website performance, optimize speed, security, and SEO.
  • Provide ongoing website troubleshooting, bug fixes, and technical support.
  • Generate and automate reports from web platforms, databases, and CRM tools.
  • Ensure mobile optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Maintain documentation of web systems, integrations, and updates.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams; stay updated with industry practices.
  • Assist in managing website hosting, backups, and security protocols; ensure data privacy and accessibility compliance.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Java, HTML, Python; general coding fundamentals.
  • Basics of backend structures and CMS systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM setup and process automation (Monday.com, Zoho preferred).
  • Willingness to learn; good verbal/written communication for technical info.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates welcome.

Qualifications :

  • Strong logic and problem-solving skills; ability to work varied shifts.
  • Proficiency with Windows and strong organization skills.
  • Remote/work-from-home options may be available depending on region.
