Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a General Accountant. The location of the role is in Central Luzon, Philippines. The General Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including preparing financial statements, maintaining ledger accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Other daily tasks include reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and conducting audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications- Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
- Experience in budget management and financial forecasting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance regulations
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification is a plus
