Overview

Role based in BSv organisation. Leveraging expert knowledge of Process Invoicing, the Process Invoicing Process Experts participate in or lead the achievement of service levels and key measurement targets of the team, delivering a high quality and cost‑effective service that drives compelling business outcomes. They ensure the delivery of customer‑focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, and methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements. They will manage the contract on a daily basis including operations and finance and complex operational issues and ensure that operations are run according to budget. They will build and develop the team. Their expert domain expertise means they process more complex transactions and produce outputs across invoice processing activities and manage effective usage of resources in the service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and/or participate in achievement of service levels and key metrics for the team.
  • Manage contract on a daily basis including operations and finance and address complex operational issues to ensure budget adherence.
  • Drive process improvements and innovations in invoicing and related finance services.
  • Build and develop the team, allocating resources effectively across invoice processing activities.
  • Ensure delivery of customer-focused and compliant services through established processes and technologies.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Experience in process invoicing and finance support roles, with the ability to handle more complex transactions.
  • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and operate with initiative under supervision.
  • Experience operating at a mid/senior level in finance support or professional roles.
