About the role

As an Electrical Engineer/Site Engineer at the INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE', you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and infrastructure at our facilities in Bamban Tarlac. This full-time position is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our engineering projects.

Responsibilities
  • Designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems
  • Overseeing the implementation of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues to minimise downtime and maintain optimal performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate and integrate electrical systems with other building systems
  • Providing technical support and guidance to on-site personnel and project stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and reliability of electrical systems
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest electrical engineering technologies, codes, and best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or Site Engineer, preferably in the engineering and construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems and infrastructure
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply electrical codes and standards
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, PLC programming, and electrical simulation software
