Job Description

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to grow category sales and market share.
  • Align category plans with brand and sales objectives across all channels.
  • Lead in-store promotions, activations, and POS material development.
  • Analyze shopper insights, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ROI and sales impact.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and retail partners to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or FMCG brand roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting market and shopper data.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking to drive category growth.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Agile, innovative, and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
