Job Description: Monitor the general company inbox, respond to inquiries when possible, and forward emails to the appropriate team members as needed. Answer inbound calls from current customers, provide excellent support, and log necessary follow-up actions. Use the company’s CRM to assign and track follow-up tasks for colleagues and ensure timely completion. Conduct a daily review of monitoring software, identify important alerts or issues, and create tasks or notifications for colleagues to address. Assist in organizing schedules, tracking communication logs, and maintaining documentation for customer interactions. Hard Requirements: 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or Administrative Assistant (remote experience preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and maintain a courteous, solution-oriented tone. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
